Anderson Kill Expands Trusts & Estates Practice in New York

New York, NY (8/29/07) - Herbert J. Hummers, Dennis A. Zagroba and Christopher C. Gerard have joined the New York office of Anderson Kill & Olick, P.C. as shareholders in the Trusts & Estates practice and Patrick A. Suarez has joined the practice as an attorney effective July 22, 2007.
Messrs. Hummers, Zagroba, Gerard and Suarez joined the firm from Reynolds Richards, the venerable Trusts & Estates law firm founded in 1911. The group advises U.S. and non-U.S. individuals and families on estate planning, trust and estate administration, tax, and real estate matters. The group's clients include high net worth individuals, financial institutions, closely held businesses and not-for-profit organizations.

Mr. Hummers received his B.A. from Washington & Lee University, magna cum laude (Phi Beta Kappa) and his LL.B., cum laude, from Harvard University. Mr. Zagroba received his B.S.E., cum laude, from Princeton University and his J.D. from Columbia University. Mr. Gerard received his A.B., cum laude, from Harvard University and his J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University. Mr. Suarez received his B.A. from Washington University and his J.D. and LL.M. in taxation from Washington University in St. Louis, School of Law.
